If you have received a DOA unit, or you have a broken unit you may send it back to the following address for repairs. Please do not, under any circumstances, ship it to me via UPS. If you are shipping from the USA for example, USPS is a good choice. Please indicate clearly on the customs form that it is a unit being returned for repair. Please also note any tracking information and forward it to me at mtl.asm@gmail.com.
IMPORTANT: Pack the unit in a box (ie not just in a bag/envelope) and use sufficient packing material to prevent further damage to the unit from shipping.

Units that are DOA or suffer other failures from manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. Most small wear and tear issues are also repaired free of charge.
Units damaged by incorrect powering, attempted modifications or improper use will not be covered under warranty and may be subject to repair fees.
