Today we are starting production of the second run of Count to fives. We have setup a
webstore where you can place a pre order. There are also a very few units from the original run available right now. Details are in the store. Delivery of the second run is expected to start around the end of June and complete by the end of July.

Just sent you the $50 beans for the pre-order - also did send you a message on the address to send the Ct-5 when ready to ship. Paypal doesn't permit me to send a seperate delivery address from the billing address. Drop me a line when possible just acknowledging the address in NYC.

Are pre-orders actually sold out already?? Was waiting for payday to place mine :(
So the pre-orders are sold out, but once production starts there will be more pedals available, right? I was ready to place my order today (payday) thinking there wasn't a limit to the pre-order manufacture numbers! I missed the first CT5 run, but there's no way I can go without one of these second-run pedals... please consider opening orders up again.

maybe the problem is that my address is ".it" and not ".com"
could you try the same address with the ".it" at the end?

I'm a bit late to this but this is literally the greatest pedal i've seen in a long time. Do you know if there is going to be another run before or during the beginning of 2016? If so, i'd love to preorder one ASAP for the next batch.

Sent you a quick message - any idea on when should we deposit the rest of the $$$ for the Ct5? Any tentative dates on when the first pedals will be ready for delivery? I'm leaving NY on the 28th of July and it would be great to have the pedal with me by then.

Yes that is teh standard boss style, 2.1mm 9 VDC, negative tip. I would budget for 100mA so just make sure your adaptor can supply that much juice and it will be good (most adaptors are at least 100mA).

Trying not to be impatient or bothersome, but are you sending tracking info when shipping? Email said they're shipping Friday's and Monday's and I paid within an hour of getting the email. There's been 2 Friday's and this is the 2nd Monday, and I still haven't heard anything. Sorry, I'm sure you're busy.
Got mine pitch perfect! Probably the only owner of a Ct5 South of the Equator. And if I got mine, you will too! Scott was terribly helpful and sent the tracking number on the spot! Brilliant pedal, a thing of genius! The wait, which was minor, was more than worth it - kudos to the Man!!!!

I am just wondering if you have started shipping the Count to Five second run yet. I placed a preorder, and paid off the rest of my balance and shipping fees on August 7th (Order: 3939570). I saw from the post above that you began shipping on 8/3/15, but I have not received the pedal in the mail yet. Do you know if it has shipped or if you have a tracking number for the pedal?

I sent you an email about a week ago regarding the apparently DOA Count to Five I received, and I have not heard anything back from you, so I am going to resend the email:

Thanks for sending me out the pedal. Got it earlier this week.
Unfortunately, I think I may have gotten a lemon of a pedal.
I can set up the pedal, send audio through the Count to Five, and I hear any audio that I send through the pedal just fine (synths, guitars, electric sitar, etc.).
However, when I engage the footswitch... silence. It appears that the unit is not picking up the audio, and the controls have no effect on the incoming signal. Maybe I'm missing something simple here, but I can't figure it out.
Do you have a .pdf of instructions for the Count to Five?
Also, is the "Q" switch on the pedal supposed to be a three way toggle switch like the "M" and "E" switches are? My "Q" switch sits in a default center position; I can press it up or down, but it is not a 3 way switch like the other two are.
Do you have any idea what could be going on here? The excitement I had when I recieved the my pedal was quickly dashed when I hooked it up and it did... nothing. At all.
If there is anything I can do on my end to help you troubleshoot, please let me know.
I can send you video of what is going on if that makes things a little more clear.

I have not heard back from you regarding previous emails which I have sent regarding the apparently defective pedal, so I hope that this will reach you and we can figure out a quick solution. It is kinda frustrating as a consumer to have paid for the pedal three months ago, yet I still don't have a working pedal in my possession.
